Ilyas J. Rona has been litigating complex, multiparty litigation for more than a decade.  He focuses his practice primarily on fact-intensive cases, applying cutting-edge techniques and technologies to effectively manage the most document-intensive cases.

Mr. Rona has considerable experience litigating claims brought under the bankruptcy code, federal and state false claims acts, consumer protection statutes, medical malpractice, and bad faith insurance denials.  His ability to make complicated cases easier to understand has directly assisted clients in making multimillion-dollar recoveries in cases involving director and officer liability, fraudulent transfers, preferences, fraudulent prescription drug marketing, breach of contract, medical malpractice, construction accidents, and wrongful death.

Mr. Rona received a J.D. degree from Northwestern University School of Law in 1998, where he was an articles editor of the Journal of Criminal Law and Criminology.  Mr. Rona received his undergraduate education from Brown University, where he graduated magna cum laude in 1995.
